Winchester, aka BooBoo, Buba is almost 2 years old.  Funny thing, he hasn't changed at all in the past year.  No weight gain, no fur loss, no personality changes, I guess thats all good!

Bear Sighting

Yesterday we were in Cades Cove at Smoky Mountain National Park.   We came across a black bear walking next to the road.  Much to our dismay her/she would not stop and pose for a picture -- so this is the best of what we got....

2011 Tomato Patch

This years tomato crop did not do as well as those in the past.  My son who is the expert gardener can't figure out why.   Maybe it was the weather.  We had a cooler than usual Spring.  Who knows.   Take a look.

Yosemite 2011

My son and grandson went with me to Sequoia and Yosemite.  Yosemite had an abundance of water which brought on lots and lots of tourists.  We kept our stay short and decided to come back later in the year when it isn't so crowded.  Here are a few of the pics I took.
